Amazing experience!! Expo was well put. Race shirts were great. I ran American Home Fitness 5K day before marathon and also a great race. Finish line had tons of water and food, exceeded my expectations. Even thought marathon weather was not cooperating, it was a great morning. Running over the Ambassador Bridge into Canada was breathtaking. CBP & Canadians received us with cheers! We exited Canada through Windsor Tunnel, wow!! That will definitely be unforgettable and hot :-) Scenery was beautiful. Volunteers were great. Spectators through neighborhoods were awesome. They had fruit, candy, beer and ice cold water. I didn't get to enjoy post party since weather did a 360, windy, rainy and cold. Thank you Detroit Free Press for an amazing experience!
