This is the 2nd year that I participated in this race and it was just as good as last year. They keep the price low - $10 - to make it affordable to everyone and anyone. They offer bib packet pick up 11-6 the day prior or the morning of. Parking is free and there really isn't any bad parking.

At the start of the run, the play country music - it is a very exciting and energetic and experience.

The one downfall to this years race is all the rain we have been getting. The run goes through cornfields so with the weather leading up the the race, the terrain was slippery and muddy. I caught myself slipping a few times.

After the race, there is a huge expo with carnival type games and free swag.... Not just free swag - a TUN of free swag! Not only do you get a t-shirt, medal, and nice bag, but you also go home with so much free stuff you won't know where to put it!
