Adam Fleisher's thoughts:

This race has a 30 hour time limit. On Saturday the 50k, 50 mile, 100k, and 100 mile race starts at 6:00am. On Sunday there is a 25k. All races end on Sunday at noon.
The course is 7.75 out and 7.75 miles back. The terrain is extremely rocky. 1 loop has about 1000 feet of elevation. At mile 5 you start what is called the boiler room. 2.75 miles of running in the sun. You go back the same way. It is draining.
There are 3 aid stations along the course. Water, Gatorade (endure orange), a food. The volunteers are incredible. You sit down and they take of everything.
The race a maximum of 200 runners. The race fees goes to a charity. You get a race cup. No shirt, no bling, just bragging rights.
Parking is not that great. Either camp out over night or arrive early.
When you arrive at the end of a loop you have to give your bib number. Great tracking system. Nobody could cheet and get away with it.
