Overview
BibRave partnered with Mojawa, a leader in haptic technology, to host an exclusive press event around the launch of the HaptiFitTerra. The goal was to introduce Mojawa’s cutting-edge bone conduction headphones to key influencers and media in the endurance sports industry, generating awareness and building excitement around their latest innovations.
BibRave handled all aspects of event planning, including sourcing a marquee talent - Alexi Pappas - to host the event along with curating a hands-on product demo experience. We developed and managed the full experience, from venue and vendor sourcing and management, Influencer outreach, on-site staffing and execution, and more.
BibRave led the ideation, project management, vendor coordination, and flawless execution of several key components, including a VIP dinner, bike demo, a 50-person ride, two runs with over 100 participants, and a highly-attended happy hour and after party. The result was an engaging, immersive experience that strengthened partner relationships and elevated the Strava brand.
This year's event, which placed a special focus on highlighting women in sport, saw a record-breaking turnout, with the highest number of attendees to date. The success of the event has been so impactful that the brand is already planning to expand the size and scope for 2025, highlighting both the increased demand and the strong community engagement generated through this initiative. BibRave's involvement in curating this experience has positioned the event for sustained growth in future years.
