Overview
In 2024, BibRave partnered with Feetures, a leading performance sock brand, to launch its first ambassador program—the Sole Circle. The overarching goal was to use this dynamic community of fifty brand advocates to create and share content across ambassadors’ social channels, as well as drive conversions for Feetures.
BibRave led strategic management in collaboration with Feetures, including full program creation, application, and onboarding of all ambassador members. Once the program was up and running, BibRave provided expert recommendations in strategy, best practices, and program optimization to the Feetures team, who executed the day-to-day community management.
In just its second quarter, content created by the fifty Sole Circle ambassadors reached millions of social media users and earned over $1M in Media Value. Ambassadors often incorporated sharable one-time-per-customer codes into their social media posts, resulting in significant new-customer conversions and driving notable revenue.
Beyond the numbers, we also saw the community blossom into a supportive group of friends who engage with each other on social media, support Feetures during in-person activations, and consistently discuss Feetures-related adventures on the community Slack channel.
