Overview
BibRave played a key role in supporting Strava’s 3rd annual Camp Strava event, a two-day summit designed to connect industry leaders, athletes, and creators while exploring the future of sport. By providing strategic event management and expert coordination, BibRave helped facilitate a seamless experience that fostered meaningful connections and inspired innovation within the sports community.
Leveraging its deep expertise in the fitness industry and understanding of the athlete mindset, BibRave successfully managed all partner activations and planned multiple run and ride activities for Strava's event. Over two days, BibRave incorporated thoughtful touchpoints to connect Strava partners more closely with the brand.
BibRave led the ideation, project management, vendor coordination, and flawless execution of several key components, including a VIP dinner, bike demo, a 50-person ride, two runs with over 100 participants, and a highly-attended happy hour and after party. The result was an engaging, immersive experience that strengthened partner relationships and elevated the Strava brand.
This year's event, which placed a special focus on highlighting women in sport, saw a record-breaking turnout, with the highest number of attendees to date. The success of the event has been so impactful that the brand is already planning to expand the size and scope for 2025, highlighting both the increased demand and the strong community engagement generated through this initiative. BibRave's involvement in curating this experience has positioned the event for sustained growth in future years.
