Overview
Since 2019, BibRave has provided program oversight and community management for the Brooks Running Collective Ambassador Program. Brooks leveraged BibRave’s industry-leading experience, best practices, and processes to grow their program from ~40 to ~200+ participants, developing year-round connection points and programming. Through community management expertise, campaign ideation and execution, and developing unique engagement touchpoints, BibRave helped Brooks meet their core KPIs of elevating the brand to core and new runners, and generating authentic conversation. The program has seen YOY growth in total posts, impressions, and community participation.
BibRave also developed a tentpole event - the annual IRL ambassador summit. The 2023 event brought together 174 ambassadors (93% of the community) to engage in interactive sessions, dynamic brand-focused workshops, and community activities, fostering meaningful connections among attendees.
On behalf of Brooks, BibRave leads the ambassador application process, vetting, onboarding and contracting, daily ambassador communications, creative concepts to support brand campaigns, and monthly reporting.
For Brooks Hype Fest (2023's IRL event), BibRave provided full event ideation, execution, and on-site operations of 11 different events across 4 days.
