If you haven't done a Ragnar Relay before... DO IT! Amazing adventure! I was part of an Ultra team so we ran the 190+ miles with only 6 people as opposed to the normal 12. My total mileage added up to about 38 miles. It was rough, it was extremely challenging, but I enjoyed EVERY minute of it!

There are now TRAIL Ragnar Relays being offered and I'll be taking part in one this summer. Can't wait! The atmosphere is completely different at these races. Everyone is out there to have a good time and just finish! Runners of every shape, size, and speed are present!

If you can gather up a full team and take part in one of these great adventures, I highly recommend you do it! It can get a little pricey, but it's totally worth the challenge!
