Packet Pick-up: Easy to find with lots of friendly volunteers to answer questions. The vendor booths were a little disappointing to me, but this was a smaller race so not a huge deal.

Race Day:
-Unexpectedly colder (39°F) which actually felt great!
-Marathoners started before half marathoners which was amazing.
-Lots of port-a-potties & actual park bathrooms on the race route.
-Plenty of aid stations with items like water, Gatorade, fruits, & gummy bears
-There were some hills, but if you live in this area or train for them, you should be fine.
-My only negative would be the inability for my family (or really any spectators) to get to me at any other point on the race route other than the starting/finish line. It made it difficult to get my extra fuel, & having support on miles 20-26 would've been helpful.
-Finish line was full of snacks, the rhino medal, water bottle filled with water, & towel.
*Overall a great race if you like a smaller atmosphere (like 300 or so) and don't mind the hills. Thank you 7 Bridges for being my 1st marathon:)

Great race! Smaller in size which made the start a dream (no getting trampled). The flat course was great and the pacers were on point with helping everyone reach their goals. My only negative would be that once the sun came up (around mile 11) the humidity set in and you could tell lots of people were slowing down (me included). Luckily the aid stations had plenty of water and Gatorade. The awesome view at the pier (finish line area) was beautiful! I loved the medal and post race snacks. This is definitely a great race to do if you haven't:)

What an amazing experience. The management of everything was incredible. The only negative for me was the amount of time it took for all the corals to start. My race buddy was unable to present a qualifying time due to being pregnant, so we were in the back. And it was dreadful:( If you wanna soak in all the photo ops with Disney characters, then you would be in Heaven. The scenery was great and the elevation was pretty easy. We did however get into a standstill inside the castle (maybe Mile 6ish), so be prepared for that. The finish line was full of great snacks, ice packs, and an awesome medal! The shuttles were close by and nice to ride back to our hotel. Overall I thought this was a good experience but if you're a competive runner, make sure you are up towards the front!
