This race was well-run with great crowd support, which you don't always see at races. The aid stations were well-manned and conveniently and frequently located. The course is beautiful, and the after-party (food!!!) is the best. I love my Texas-themed race shirt, and the medal was the coolest I've ever seen. I will definitely run this race again.

This was my first time running this race. I loved the way the course ran through and around parks as well as along the San Antonio River. The beauty of the course helped distract from the miles I was running. The aid stations were well-manned, and there were plenty of port-a-potties (thank goodness!). I'm not usually hungry after a half marathon, but he food was so good I just had to eat some! I will definitely run this race again next year.
