What an incredible experience. This was my first duathalon and third race. The course was relatively flat and easy to follow. The race jersey was great. The expo was a lot of fun and a great reward. The volunteers were helpful and supportive. Next year I'm going to take the opportunity to train with Lifetime so I can place in my age group!
