This was my second year running the Saucon Valley 10K. My two girlfriends and I have made it a tradition to gather together for this race.

The Saucon Valley 10K is held on Labor Day each year. The registration is $40 on race day. The race swag includes socks and a cotton tee. The course is an out and back rail trail through a nice residential neighborhood. There is minimal traffic, however, the trail crosses roads but the race provides road guards. 

This race does not offer chip timing. The starting line is spray painted orange line on the ground and the finish line includes a time clock. At the finish line there are bagels, gatorade, water and fruit.

Overall, this race is a nice morning run perfect for friends who want to get together.
