This is one of my favorite events; so far I've run the 5K, 1st half (2x), and 2nd half. The 1st half marathon runs across the Golden Gate Bridge, which is a huge highlight. The views along the course are fantastic and the weather is generally great in July - 50s and misty in the morning, a little warmer as the sun comes up. The first two times I ran this event it was a destination race for me and I traveled from Michigan, now I live in the area and feel it has to be an every year event. The expo has a ton of vendors and other races to check out and packet pick up has always been super fast and easy.
