We got to the start about 5am and were able to walk around and take some pictures and actually see the Elite crowd start line. We were in corral 32 so we had a while before we started, so we were able to hang out and meet other runners like Mrs Elvis, and Mr and Mrs Flintstone. This is why I love the Rock n Roll series. You never know who you night meet.

We started the race about 7 or so. The course was pretty rough. Very hilly!
The weather was absolutely fantastic. 70 degrees and overcast! PERFECT
The scenery was great in most parts, minus the interstate running. LOL

Overall it was a great experience, the only complaint I had was at the finish it was hard to figure out where to go for the afterparty.
So we left and went boating, HEAVEN!
