This was one of the hottest races I’ve ever run, however the crowd support and aid stations were absolutely amazing. There were groups of people handing out ice pops and water pretty much the entire way. It was a really well organized race and the course was easy to follow. The expo and after party were fun, the tents of ice cold beer on the beach were a major plus after losing 10 lbs in sweat. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who can handle the heat!
