It's been awhile since I ran this, but it is a race I recommend, so I figured it deserved a review. Running on the Indianapolis 500 track is pretty awesome even if you are not a race fan. It was certainly the best part and the only reason I gave the scenery a 3-star, because the views along most of the course are unremarkable. However, I felt the race was well run and the volunteers were great, so I enjoyed my first time at this distance. Also, the swag I received that year good. The long-sleeve tech tee was average but the running cap and medal were great! I still use the cap. It is my favorite!
