This is a fun race at the Oktoberfest in Columbus at the Expo. This is not a serious race. If you like to dress up then this is the race for you! It is a 4 miler total race.
The beginning of the race starts with the tapping of the keg and off you go!
The scenery is nothing special, you are running through the expo center area=barns, some animals and hay. You do a loop twice and this year it was REALLY short. I am not sure what was different this year but it was almost 1/2 mile off.
There aren't a lot of water stations but enough, the crowd support is at the beginning/end of the race but not really anywhere else. It is all flat terrain, no hills which is nice but nothing exciting to look at. The biggest perk would probably be at the end of the race-Beer and Brats=YUM!
