This race is great for a 10k. It is part of the Niagara Falls international marathon weekend. They also offer a half marathon and 5k distance.
The weather was just perfect, low 50’s with no wind and the leaves were almost at peak for fall colors.
The course is beautiful as you run along the water and end at the brink of the horseshoe falls. However I would imagine doing the half or marathon May get a bit boring running along the river.
We didn’t do expo just picked up bib and shirt morning of race which was super easy. It was chilly when we got there and parking was super convenient to sit in car and stay warm while waiting for race time.
The medals didn’t seem as nice as previous year from pictures so hopefully they’ll improve next year.
