This is my third year running this race. It is the most beautiful course...it's rural, suburban and urban.

It is mainly down hill, but there are a few uphill moments. And honestly, the last two down hills can be rough on tight legs.

I love that it took me less than a minute to cross the start line after the gun (I was with the 3:30 pacers). I love staying warm in the high school and having ample bathrooms before.

I feel like there is room for maybe 1 or two more aid stations on the course (but not a big deal, I never felt like it wasn't enough). And what I would consider my only "complaint" is this is the second year I a row that the shirt was SO VERY UGLY! And I don't like the fit.

But I will keep running it year after year, because in the end, I don't care about the shirt. It is a well organized race, a breathtaking course and a great time of year in MKE.
