Even though this race was not able to be held in person this year I was so happy to still be able to complete the miles virtually and earn the beautiful race medal! It is one of the prettiest race medals that I have seen! I grabbed a friend and we took the opportunity to catch up for 13.1 miles while completing individual virtual races! The race directors kept in great contact with the participants through the unknowns of the changes due to Covid and the process of switching to the virtual race was seamless! I would participate in this race again virtually or in person because everything was handled so well!!
