Tiffany 's thoughts:

The only down side to this years race was packet pick-up. In previous years, they allowed you to pick up packets Friday. This year they only allowed Saturday packet pick-up which lead to be difficult for some people. Other than that, this race is a must see and participate in.

I ran the relay with four co-workers and have run the relay in the past so I have run different legs of the relay.

The start is at LVH Cedar Crest so parking is not a problem at all. The start time is nice and early also (7:10am) which is great because September weather in Pa is unpredictable.

The course is very scenic - winding you from Allentown, through Bethlehem, into Easton. Parts of the course travel through Lehigh Parkway and the D&L, along rivers. It is mainly road however there are parts of the race that run on trails. The course is also mainly downhill making it an easier BQ. There are numerous aid stations along the course with both water and Gatorade and the volunteers are great! At the end of the race, there are food tents and a beer tent. Overall, a great race!
