Knoxville track club always puts on great races but this one has a special place in my heart. Along with the usual age group categories they also have mother/daughter, father/daughter and many other team categories to participate in. Expect lots of hills, which is a standard in racing in East Tennessee. This race is an out and back and takes you along side the TN river. The course is well marked and lots of volunteers make this race go smoothly. I have nothing bad to say!
