This was my first time running a half marathon in over 6 years and everything turned out better than expected. Bib pickup was easy, I actually forgot to register for the race and had to do it at the pickup location. But the people working were very helpful and got me registered right away.

The communication leading up to the race was very helpful, I was able to plan ahead and park right next to the start and finish lines. I did not have to deal with traffic which can be stressful right before a race.

The start went off without a hitch, with no crowding from the other runners. There was hydration throughout the course. The course was mostly flat which helped as well. Overall, it was a great experience!
