As most people know, I love DC Comics and my husband is a huge Batman fan. So, obviously, I had to jump at the opportunity to run this fun virtual race. Plus, from my experience with the DC Wonder Woman Run, I knew that the swag would be top notch. Needless to say, I was not disappointed.

It was a beautiful day for my run. I set out to simply enjoy the weather and have fun. It was sunny and I soaked up the vitamin D. I haven’t worried about paces this year, as I come back to running. Setting reasonable goals and just enjoying my races is what mattered to me the most. That is exactly how this race went for me. My husband has already claimed my Batman hat.​
