CCC is a fun, flat race through New Orleans. It is a really large race, so the crowd through the streets is heavy, so make sure you start according to where you need to be. The runners are broken into time groups, but other than the seeded runners, everyone just starts together, no matter what you designate as your expected finish time. This was problematic for the first two miles or so.

The shuttles and parking were decent, you'll just need to make sure you get there early. The post-race activities are good, but there are so many people in the small space that it gets ridiculously packed. Overall, it is a great race! All finishers get a medal and the top 500 male and female finishers get a poster. We will run it again next year!
