I'm glad I did this race - the crowds are huge which was the only downside for me, but it definitely made for a memorable experience. The race starts on the waterfront in downtown Boston and runs along the closed Storrow Drive, which was pretty incredible to see! The parts of the course through downtown Boston were amazing - although the out-and-back along the highway was a little more tedious. Finish-line festivities made for an exciting end to the day, and the medal in the shape of a police badge is just awesome.
