This was my 2nd year doing the race. I was amazed how inspiring running & finishing this race was probably because of the sheer size of the field and to see women of all body types running/walking it. I wasn't able to enter in 2016 because of a previous commitment on race day and I was actually 'sad' that I missed it and had to live vicariously from my friends pictures.
The Expo after the race had wonderful giveaways and plenty of after race refreshments.
Parking was at a nearby parking garage but detailed information with plenty of options were emailed in advance so you could pick the best one for your needs/budget.
Weather was beautiful & I loved the swag (a medal for a 5k is wonderful & I still display it!)
