Ran in 2015 for the third time. It won't be the last. It was my brother-in-law's first half in 2013, my friend J's first in 2014, and my 10th half in 2015 (along w/my friend AM's second). Great community camaraderie on the course and the boardwalk at the finish. The course has changed each year by little bits, but essentially you keep close to the beach, running north and south of Asbury Park. There's ample parking near the start/finish line and it has been free to park until the early afternoon, allowing for some extra time at the expo or the beach. Although 2013 was a bit chilly, the weather in 2014 and 2015 was flat out spectacular and helped make this one of my favorite events. Thank you, Jersey Shore Running Club.
