- Mud/Obstacle Race
A fun way to get a taste of what a tri race is like. This indoor tri is set up at Lifetime Fitness (numerous locations around the country hold the races on the same day). Each participant has a 10 minute swim, 30 minute indoor cycle ride and 20 min treadmill run. Stats are collected for each leg to provide the results. If you are thinking about doing a tri or just want a little off season training this is a great way to "tri" it out. Race was well organized and divided into small waves. Nice t shirt and bathing cap provided. I would definitely do it again!
